Know Your Home Realty Inspection Service's business is built on the integrity of it's owner, Carl L. Turnbow. He carefully follows the high standards of practice and code of ethics set by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. He takes pride in providing complete and accurate pre-purchase real estate inspections to his valued clients. Mission Statement: We are dedicated to our client, the home buyer, and will deliver on site a comprehensive and complete report on the specified components of the home they want to purchase. We promise courtesy and respect for the Home Seller when we enter their home and grounds. We will work with the Realtors to provide the high quality, calm, timely, and accurate reporting services they expect from the home inspection. When the inspection is complete, we want you to be assured you will KNOW YOUR HOME! Reporting Method The reporting method we use is a state-of-the-art system produced and copywrited by TWI Systems. The computer generated report is presented with Digital Photos and an accompanying Reference Manual for the buyer's ongoing use.
The reports are broken down into the different components covered in the inspection and provides the home buyer with an extensive reference manual for later use. Scheduling Our friendly and knowledgable office staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. There will be no waiting for call backs to book your inspection.
