WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AN INSPECTION

       EXPERIENCE:

Carl has over 30 years in the construction industry.  He can proudly say he has had hands-on training and experience in every phase of home construction.  He carries active California Contractor's Licenses in General Building (B ,which covers all phases and mechanical aspects of home construction) and Drywall Specialist ( C9 which covers plaster and wall board installations and finishes)

Carl was trained and tested in Home Inspections by the American Institute of Inspectors and is a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association.  He prides himself on giving you an unbiased inspection of your home and it's components, based on the simple criteria of durability and servicability.

  RESPONSIVENESS:

Our office is fully staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  There will be no waiting for call backs to book your inspection. Carl will work independently during the inspection so that he can concentrate on performing the inspection.  However, buyers and realtors are encouraged to be on site for a personal review of the report and discussion of the findings with him.

  COMPLETION AND REPORTING:

A complete report will be delivered on site.  Carl will review the report and the findings in depth with the clients.  The Clients will receive a bound TWI Systems report booklet that includes an easy to read narrative report.  This booklet also contains an extensive reference manual for the care and maintenance of the home.

CODE OF ETHICS:

All inspections are performed to standards set by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. (CREIA).
